Without direction our lives will continue to be driven by these same pre-programmed beliefs, behaviors and habits.
In this workshop we will explore:
- Why New Year resolutions usually don’t work.
- The difference between a goal and an intention
- Understand the role of the different bodies (mental, physical and causal) in our intention setting
- How to identify what may block us from manifesting our deepest desire
- Understand and set a primary and secondary intention for daily life use
We will be using specific techniques, meditations from the Yoga Nidra and Kundalini traditions, to clear the mind and set our intentions.
Very little movement required in this workshop.
