Sarah Studebaker

Sarah Studebaker loves making yoga doable and inclusive to everyone by offering student ways to both challenge oneself and to step back and relax. She has been teaching since 2007 and is certified at the 500 hr level. She believes that regardless of age or fitness level, everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice.


Sarah Studebaker instructs the following:
  • Level 1 & 2 Yoga
  • Mixed level yoga class.  Options are offered for different levels. Beginners are better off in Gentle or Level 1.
