Kris Healy, RYT – 200, as an avid traveler, believes in packing the mat wherever she goes and encourages everyone to do the same. She has found that practice daily, whether it be for 5 minutes or for hours, keeps you open, flexible, strong, inquisitive, and present in whatever adventure you are on. Kris is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and has completed the I AM Yoga Nidra 100 hour professional training. Her practices focus on balance, breath, and mindfulness. Kris guides students throughout the practice to explore the sensations of the body and mind with an emphasis on awareness. She believes in listening to one’s own body and using props to adjust movements and practices to fit each individual’s need.
