Current class schedule are tailored for participants 14 years old and up. Kids classes, under 14 years old, are coming soon!

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so a minimum of two hours prior to class start time. If we need to cancel the class, cancellation email notifications are typically sent two hours prior to class start time. No-shows or late cancellations will not be credited for their class. After two no-shows, you will be charged a five-dollar cancellation fee.

Our main studio location: 85 Mill Plain Road (3rd Floor), Fairfield, CT 06824 - in the Sportsplex. The entrance is behind The Local Restaurant building.

Our collaborative partner location: 1961 Post Road, side entrance, Fairfield, CT 06824. Only two classes take place at this location on a Saturday.
